The first two Moments albums arrived on the
cusp of the ‘70s and ushered in an updated,
smoother take on the classic New Jersey vocal
group sound. Starting with the timeless

its first notes and immediately recognizable
as the source of Alicia Keys’ “Empire State Of
Mind,” the group’s three-part harmony laced
with ethereal falsetto leads became a go-to
soundtrack for all those in love, hoping to fall
in love, or devastated by heartbreak.
This reissue contains the complete contents of
their first two albums, including “Two-Way
Street” and subsequent hits “Not On The
Outside,” “All I Have” and “To You With Love”
as well as the sleeper Northern Soul cut
“Hurts On Me Baby.”
