When this CD arrived for review I thought the artist’s name sounded familiar to me. Then I learned that Eileen Rose has, for years, been the lead singer for a band named The Silver Threads which plays all afternoon sets a couple times each week at Roberts Western Wear- a music bar on lower Broadway in Nashville. (They display clothes on the walls but it’s not a clothing store!). I’ve been to Nashville numerous times and, by checking my photos, I see I saw the Silver Threads at least twice, going back to 2011. I remember that I was impressed enough to stay through two or three sets. As recent as last October (2013) I went back and there Eileen was with the band.
