First time on CD in the U.S. for this classic Edna Wright album. The title track has been sampled a zillion times, originally by Dee-Lite. Edna was the lead singer for the girl group Honey Cone (Wants Ads, Stick Up, etc.) and this album is essentially a continuation of that sound in a mid '70s setting. Produced by Greg Perry (he produced all the Honey Cone hits!), the 16 page color booklet includes a major essay on Edna's career along with rare memorabilia. Mastered in 24 bit from the original analog master tapes.
