Set after the events of the DragonBall Z television series, the first new Dragon Ball feature in nearly 20 years finds Beerus, the God of Destruction on a mission to conquer Goku. Meanwhile, with the future of their planet in jeopardy, the Z-fighters assemble to stop the dreaded Beerus. The only way to truly save humanity from certain destruction, however, is for Goku to realize his true potential as a Super Saiyan God.
