George Baze and his band deserves five stars, however, once, again, CSI or Disc Plaza Entertainment (whomever the producer is for these) ruins the Chicago Blues Jam series by (1) cutting the song short (a sacrilege) (2) unnecessary and continual interviews and interruptions throughout the DVD (attention producers-shut up and let em' jam-we don't need stupid questions and your blue-less mugs here at all!-save these nonsenical musings for supplemental chapters) (3) Way too short concerts. This series could be the best blues tributes out there but all of them (I have them all, and they're all the same-great artist and terrible interuptions). In all, the Chicago blues scene and Buddy Guy's Legend Club in Chicago is showcased with bluesmen and blueswomen, and these DVD's should showcase performances in its entirety without obnoxious editors and whimpy guys cutting in (the host interuptus dude cutting in on these is someone aptly named "Buzz Kilman"). Otherwise, this series is priceless.
